General Information

Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, including a limited number of Major Sponsor opportunities. Major Sponsors will be offered the highest profile at the Conference, including funding events such as reception, meals, others, and maximum visibility through printed materials and on the website. Please contact the 15WCEE Secretariat to discuss how your organization can benefit from sponsoring an event at the 15WCEE.

Sponsorship with Exhibition area

The conference organisation is organising a trade show as an integral part of the conference experience. Within the trade show area there will be a Sponsor's Village. All sponsors who wish to have a booth in the sponsorship village to promote their services/products in return for their sponsorship must inform the conference secretariat. Space will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Sponsors who do wish to have an exhibitor booth may sponsor other items available. For sponsorship opportunities please contact the conference secretariat.

At your request the conference secretariat will provide a copy of the sponsorship kit. There are a variety of sponsorship categories available. For each category there are a limited number of sponsors, so we encourage you to complete your application earlier so we may guarantee your preference.

Coffee breaks as well as other events are being organised in the Exhibition Area so as to ensure maximum contact with delegates.
